智 度 师： 二 首
四 十 年 前 马 上 飞
功 各 藏 尽 拥 禅 衣。
石 榴 园 下 擒 生 处
独 自 闲 行 独 自 归。
三 陷 思 明 三 突 围
铁 衣 抛 尽 衲 禅 衣。
天 津 桥 上 无 人 识
闲 凭 栏 于 望 落 晖。
Zhi Du Shi
Si shi nian qian ma shang fei
Gong ge cang jin yong chan yi.
Shi liu yuan xia qin sheng chu
Du zi xian xing du zi gui.
San xian si ming san tu wei
Tie yi pao jin na chan yi.
Tian jin qiao shang wu ren shi
Xian ping lan yu wang luo hui.

For forty years he could always ride upon his horse
Fame and success not forthcoming, he then embraced Buddhist clothes.
Dining room underneath a rocky pomegranate orchard
Now leisurely travels from one natural scene to another.
Several times he was trapped by the Xiongnu, broke free three times
Able to throw away his patched up and repaired armor and army clothes.
Without anyone remembering him, he hangs around the Tianjin Bridge
Casually leaning on an orchid railing in the dimming sunlight.
